What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?

In my opinion, in this case the team is not just a group of people who have the same goal as you and doing common work with you.
but it is a group of people who are your clone .
If you act ,they act certainly , if you have a doubt, they also.
So At every welcome message, explain by choosing your words what you want to achieve with SFI stating your organizational constraints: time, resources to implement by you or others.

SFI is not a program . SFI is a company that has a program to train you and give you tools to bring,via internet , potential people to purchase and sell products at Tripleclicks
And you'll get an award for every action you accomplish .

Should we recruit our family members into SFI? Good idea or not?

I think that the members of your family will be your PSAs .
That is the same as s-builder Co-op.
What is more interesting for the family is that you'll have a new topic of discution rich and varied daily (example: auctions).
The TCredits can be rent ,used as an incentive, as gifts and also as a means of winning products for the family at tripleclicks auctions
It is also a way to broaden the parental relationships, marriage relations etc ...
