Many ways are there to contact them.You can contact them on a chat

respectively.
You can use skype and many other things.
As they are spending their valuable time and money for our well being,
we should never let them feel as they are alone.Encourage them
Congratulate them.Even praise and,prize them,surprise them.
Definitely,you will be surprised with the fruits you got.
