There are basic facts that we have to appreciate:

not guarantee that such individual leads well

commitment to course, hardwork, focus, passion,
eagerness to learn and grow in their chosen career

3. Knowledge is power. The more you, the more powerful your leadership.

The above qualities are applicable to SFI affiliate.
Anyone who distinguishes herself from
the crowd will certainly be an outstanding SFI team leader regardless
of being a born leader or not
