SFI recommends that you use your Movers and/or your Genealogy, to identify your five best, most active PSAs. You are going to want to help each of these five become a Team Leader. If you don't yet have five PSAs that are working, start with the ones you do have. You can add active PSAs as you receive them. Make sure that you equally
reassign affiliates to your working PSAs.
Don't worry about reassigning affiliates, because you can earn Matching VPs on every person you reassign by their actions. This is commission, which we call override income, which you receive on the affiliates' sales and actions.
Here are some reasons for transferring your affiliates to working PSAs.
1) This Allows you to focus on your movers.
2) Gives your working PSAs an incentive to continue working.
