The general idea with Reassigning PSA's to Team Members, is to reward, and encourage, along with build up our downline during the process of helping your Team build up themselves.
You can provide reassignments of Recent signups to your active affiliates to boost their activity. You can also assist in their efforts of building an active team. Under no circumstances should one ever reassign an Inactive Affiliate, or an affiliate who had not signed up prior to within a few week period. It will only discourage your PSA's if they discover you are sending such inactive affiliates to them with no proper effort of finding potential actives for their teams. I put myself in their position, I would not appreciate having an inactive, old signup being reassigned to me to reward me for active efforts.
You can also Pre Arrange reassignments also. If your Active Affiliates happen to be from the same country etc, or for any reason you like really, and you feel it would ultimately boost the potential outcome of your business with the reassignment, by all means, Speak with both affiliates before hand to discuss the matter, and if it is acceptable to all parties involved, initiate the reassignment.
