I haven’t yet got an effective strategy for reassigning people in my downline but I am working on it.
Having said that, I will give you what I think would be a good strategy. Firstly go through the list of your team members and select 5 of your hardest workers. They must be PSAs though as you cannot reassign to CSAs.
You need to watch your team members Activity section. You do this by going to the Genealogy and then clicking on their name. Scroll down to the bottom and click on Activity. This gives you very relevant information as to how that member is operating their business such as:
Sponsored affiliates (last 90 days): 45
Total affiliates sponsored: 66
Ranks Sponsored:
Sponsored affiliates: 66
Sponsored EAs: 5
Sponsored BTLs: 0
Sponsored STLs: 1
Sponsored GTLs: 0
Sponsored PTLs: 0
VersaPoints (This Month): 939
VP needed to advance to next level: 561
VP (Last Month): 1500
VP (Total to Date): 13238
Standing Order: Yes
Power Rank (Overall): 4144
Power Rank (Country): 15
Power Rank (Class): 4
You can now make an informed decision as to which of your PSAs need more downline team members (one or more reassignments) and which will make good members to be reassigned.
You will need to compose a very detailed email to both the member being reassigned and the receiving member, outlining the reason you are taking this particular action and setting out how you think that the action will benefit both parties.
