The most strategy are you should reassign people from the same country or the region would be better to your downline. People who doesn't have gap language between them even there is Google traduction support from SFI, it's important to credibility your downline. People who sign up recently than your downline. And the most important is reassign people who is active to boost your downline business and you'll surprise to see the result if you do this.

As we know, SFI give to us 5 VP for each reassigned member. But noe the wright is why if the same member can collect VP or buy/sell something ?
We know that SFI is planetary used business platform, but this doesn't mean that every member that become a part of it know english lenguage.
Maybe most of member, don't understand the action that must do on it, and that rarely rest in SFI. most of this kind of member after a couple of months leave SFI because you as team upline was enable to explain him/her everything in his mother tounge lenguage.
Probably the reassignment will be a good action if in as your PSA you have someone from INDIA, and you reassign to him one of your INDIAN Csa.
Sometimes will work or not but you try it.

In my opinion first we need to contact them thru team mail and personal email. we need to let them understan that what is SFI and how wr can be success. then we can reassign the downline, after assigning keep follow up by email. if neccessary provide other support like: gift certificate, TC.
weekly follow up and support how they need to do for another step. enxourage them to learn and use training method as much as they can.
I think we should reassign very carefully because with proper guidelines will make them grow and boost our income. So while reassigning them we must always try to reassign those speaking same language with same country with the sponsor so that they can communicate freely and comfortably. Because making their interest means boosting our income in the bussiness.
The most effective strategy for assigning people in your down line is assigning to motivate. If you have a PSA that only wants to be an EA, assign an active EA, 2 generations below the PSA. When the PSAs orange VP earnings begin to be more than the PSAs personal VP earnings and direct commissions, I guarantee the PSA will become motivated.
You don't need those who gave up ( be 100 % sure on that ), reassign them to your first generation so they can do their weekly to do list if they dont have any sign ins already. With that action you help your PSA and also you can get 5VP if that reassign affiliate have more than 600 VP in last 90 days.
For a PSA first months are more difficult to form their team.
To earn points (point versa) requires support weekly sponsor reallocation is a sign of support.
If your team works well and you keep yourself.
Teamwork requires mutual cooperation.
To keep your team is a little effort reallocation.
