Hi, as far as I know, here in SFI has some "power tools", say, "PSAs To Go", "S-Builder Co-op",etc, which are designed to help each affiliate to build his/her team quick and fast. You can buy them.
Besides, you can use traditional way of promoting your SFI links at socila media or pay-to-click or pay-to-sign-up, etc, to get your affiliates.
Or you could inform SFI and TC to your friends or family members as well.

The fastest way to build a Team of affiliates is to:-

How do we measure Fast?.

We hear this often like, fast money making system, Fast growing company.
Fast developing countries, and so on . All these have been there For years in the making
but lately starting to grow faster than the previous positions due to new development ,
technologies and economics changes, grows faster comparing to others.

But to me there is no fast way to build a business equally to everyone except those breeds

SFI is a team business and all your team members need to be engaged and be on the same

As easy as possible to empower them that you are there for each other no mater what bumpy

own business either slow or fast. In essence no matter how you want it to grow fast, it is also their own business. That’s why I said everyone need to be on the same page.

To make a better progress or fast the way you said it. It is good to have all the

1, it is a plus to have the 1500 EA qualifying VP, in order to pass above EA2 level.
In the past it wasn’t mater but now under the new rule we have to have a minimum of
1500 in sales to go above EA2 which is a starting point of Bronze Team Leader and

So you have to lead them by example by attaining that for yourself , so they can follow

Persistence is the fastest path.

You can not build a team in short time, it takes time because your organization must grow deep as well as wide but there are things to keep in mind to make things easier and to have less attrition than the average affiliate.

Keeping the active PSA you have active and earning is paramount to building your team faster. These tips will help you keep the active team you have active longer.

1. Show them the money. You need to know how to generate TripleClicks sales so you are earning commissions and paying your standing order out of profits. Teach them what you learn and they too will be making money and less apt to leave.

2. Show them how to communicate properly. Teach them to use a messenger app, show them how to make YouTube Videos and do Google Plus Hangouts, and how to write follow up e-mails and coach their team. Show them the forums and AskSC and keep them in constant contact via Skype and e-mail. NEVER LET THEM FEEL ALONE.

3. Run regular performance based contest with fairly easy goals so they can see small victories that move them forward.

4. Praise them often, everyone loves a pat on the back and an at-ta-boy or at-ta-girl occasionally. If they reach a new rank, win daily grand, make the list of top sponsors, make it a opportunity to congratulate them in front of their peers.

5. Help them manage the time they have and find the time they don't think they have for their business. Everyone on planet earth waste time and most of that time we don't even think about. You order lunch for example and instead of doing mobile banking to move money from savings to checking you stop at the bank instead. You play Farmville instead of advertising while the laundry is washing.

6. Keep their eyes on their goals. Remind them to spend at least 2 minutes a day watching those 3 uploaded images of things they will do when they are successful. Have them review the smaller monthly goals and break those down to weekly goals and daily goals and show them how to reward themselves for those baby steps.

7. Teach this list to them before sending them out to recruit a team of their own.

That's my 7 steps of active downlines and it's a powerful tool.

If you need to build a team in quantity than quality; of course, source your affiliates from an ad co-op like the S-Builder, PSAs-to-Go or through any ECAs that sells signup. Otherwise, if you are looking for a strong team of quality affiliates than quantity in first place, go for your own advertising and recruiting as our founder Mr. Gery Carson says:

If you are looking for the "Fastest" way to build a team. Then you can purchase PSA's to Go from your TripleClicks store.

However, I wouldn't concentrate on building a team fast. If this is all you concentrate on, you might be disappointed.

Focus on recruiting Quality team members. Not all that join will be fruitful. In my case, I have over 600 PSA's and maybe 1 or 2 are active.

I personally have shares in the S-Builder Co-Op. This is not a "seam busting" recruitment tool, however, it provides a steady flow of new team members. For only 72 cents/day, one can't complain if a majority of the new members received are inactive.

Our goal is not to build a large shallow team with only PSAs, even 100's of PSAs, It is to develop a tight, compact, team of active affiliates who are making money through sales, and developing downlines who are also active, making money and growing in size because or good prospecting skills.

We get that by forming relationships, using reassignments where they will work the best, training how to train and recruit.You have to be unselfish and give up some of your PSA's and CSA's Give a boost to those who need one.

For new affiliates, the fastest way is by:

The next step will be to LEARN about the responsibilities of a Sponsor and Co-sponsor and work on those responsibilities.

The fastest way to build a team of affiliates is to advertise, advertise, ADVERTISE and don't stop advertising.

Seriously though, with your advertising, you may get hundreds of new signups into your team (depending on where you advertise). You can even get 100 signup tomorrow if you are willing to pay for guaranteed signups. But there is no guarantee that all these signups will be active.

Once you get your new signups, the trick is to find out if they are really interested in going into serious business for themselves or are just jumping here and there to make a quick buck.

Once you find that gem, you don't need hundreds in your team. You only need 5 active people in your downline. Once you have your five, any others that are active, you should reassign them to your downline to help them build their team. This way you are walking the talk of supporting your team and succeeding together. Teach your team to do the same thing.
