How can you offer financial support to a hard-working PSA/CSA who is truly financially challenged?

A very good question, I have also had some of these. This is what I did and it does help.
Tell them how to earn cash more quickly with the PPA option, Get them to direct people to sign on with Triple Clicks or sell TCredits to be used for auctions ect. as to earn commission there and if you can afford it, reward your most hard worling affiliates with a gift certificate or T credits to help them on their way.

Well sometimes that is one's judgement call if a hard-working PSA/CSA is truly financially challenged and you decide to help. They could tell you they want to succeed and don't have the funds or they just don't want to use their own money and see how far you the sponsor will go to help. I think the best way to help is by showing and teaching them how to make money in this business, such as free advertising and the best of all word of mouth. The Technicality of offering financial support to your PSA?CSA is easy. You can do it in several ways.

1) You send them money in their paypal account.
2) You can give them gift certificate.
3) you can pass on TC (limited)

BUT you should not do this on a regular basis or in a wrong timing because it will promote dependency and it is a waste of resources if it is given in a wrong time. Both are not good to you and your affiliates.

some of the ways how we can go about supporting affilates even though we may ourselves be in financially challenged situation can be to rope in your uplines and your support to help them to read apply and use all the available resources available at SFI and where are the best source to do free ads and scripts etc

Some of the gestures could be doing some re assignment and offer of TC Gift cards and some TCS to them as well as recognition and acknowledge their progress along the way can

Hi Festus, It is a good question,
At SFI we get a lot of information for free, we must learn all the skills carefully & teach all those skills carefully as well. This is the foremost requirement & resposibility.
Another approach is by helping someone[PSA or CSA] who is hardworking & has energy to take challenges we are actually helping ourselves by expanding our business and extending its borders.

I would say the best way to support your PSA/CSA is to create contests where they earn Gift Cards, T Credits, or Affiliates. If they are truly working hard to be successful at SFI, there is no harm in rewarding those efforts. However, if you simply want to give support to someone to further your own position, you will find yourself being drained of resources by downline members who are not going to be successful at SFI on their own. Before you make a decision to support PSA financially, you need to be first convinced that SFI is a free online business. You do everything for free. Once you have accepted that SFI is free you then need to know that making your journey to be successful with sfi requires far more than just money but commitment.

Affiliates do experience difficulty to gain an Executive Affiliate status every month since there are few free VPs one can earn doing the routine daily tasks. One can only maintain the status if he would engage himself on their income generating activities and can afford to have a Standing Order. I think this is really a great question.

You can help them in many ways like...

(1)Sending them a gift certificate as a reward when they working hard.

(2)Sending them tcredits when they achives EA,BTL or above. so they can use those tcredits on Auctions. i will make them feel that they have really good sponsor.

(3)you can also reassign some psa,s to those who are working hard. so they can make some money.

We are able to offer financial support to PSA/CSA hard worker and really financial difficulties with the description as follows:

1. PSA/CSA would want to work in earnest in SFI.
